The game of Badminton requires long-term commitment and continuous training to improve. Our Training Programs are designed to provide lifelong skills and fitness, and the payment plans are designed for your convenience.

Terms and Conditions:

• The maximum Coach to Student Ratio is 5:1

• Group lessons need to be renewed prior to the completion of each three-month period to keep the spot reserved. You will be notified via WhatsApp.

• All lessons must be completed within the 3-month (13-week) period you signed up for. No lessons are extended.

• Due to unforeseen circumstances, coaches may fill in for each other, or classes may be combined for optimum player participation

• You will receive a Student Practice Play Card, which must be used along with the lesson period. A new card will be issued at the time of your renewal.

• All lesson fees are non-refundable.

• Lessons must be taken in continuation.

• Lesson fees are subject to change without prior notice.

 

Absences:

• A NO-SHOW will be considered a forfeited lesson, and no make-up request will be entertained.

• All absences must be communicated via email (battledoreacademy@gmail.com) or via text (647-274-0157). Verbal/in-person (or informing coaches) communication does not guarantee a make-up. 

• Every student is entitled to only 2 make-ups during the 13-week period. Lessons are not extended past the end date.

• Any absence longer than 2 weeks requires proof of a valid reason. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THE POLICY.

• Longer absences are permitted only ONCE during the set.

• All absences must be informed a minimum of 4 hours prior to the lesson. Earlier is better.
